TuningBoost is an ECU file processing platform for professional and motorsport use. Services are intended for vehicles used off-road, on track, or in markets without applicable emissions regulations. The user is responsible for compliance with local laws regarding road use.
Limitation of liability
LTZ Investments Ltd is not responsible for damages arising from incorrect file installation, improper use of the service, or violations of local laws by the user. The service is provided "as is". In case of file malfunction, free revision or refund is provided according to our policy.
Intellectual property
The software, algorithms, processed ECU maps and design of the TuningBoost portal are the exclusive property of LTZ Investments Ltd. Reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering of processed files or platform software is prohibited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The competent court for any dispute is the Court of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. LTZ Investments Ltd is registered in Bulgaria with VAT number BG204913516.
