We collect data voluntarily provided by the user (name, email, message content) through the contact form. We also record server access logs for security and technical diagnostic purposes. We do not collect data through profiling cookies.

The data is used exclusively to respond to support and technical assistance requests. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes. Processing is based on contractual grounds and the legitimate interest of the controller.

Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last interaction. ECU files uploaded to the platform are automatically deleted within 24 hours of delivery of the processed file.
